KATO: Freefall is provided by Nathaniel Oh. This policy describes information handled by the game and by support.

The game

You do not need a game account. The game does not include advertising, third-party analytics, chat, or user-generated content. It does not ask for access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or location.

Local preferences

The game stores settings and progress information on your device, such as music volume, control preferences, world selection, run seeds, and campaign completion. These values support gameplay and are not sent to a developer-operated game server.

Purchases

Apple processes Full Version purchases through the App Store. The game uses StoreKit to verify purchase entitlement and restore access. The developer does not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account password. Apple's handling of purchase information is described in Apple's privacy policy.

Public bug reports

If you open a GitHub issue, your GitHub username and anything you post there are publicly visible. Do not put personal information, purchase receipts, or payment details in an issue. Use the support email for private questions.

Support requests

If you email support, the developer receives your email address and any information or attachments you choose to include. This information is used to respond to your request and investigate the issue. Do not include passwords or payment-card details. You can request deletion of support correspondence by emailing the address below.

Diagnostics and this website

Apple may provide crash diagnostics or aggregated App Store reports according to your Apple privacy settings. This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub logs visitors' IP addresses for security purposes. GitHub handles that information according to its privacy statement. This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics scripts.

Children

The game does not provide accounts, messaging, or an in-game personal-information submission form. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact the developer to request deletion.
